STUDIO  SPACE  FOR  USE  BY  OUR  COMMUNITY

We have enlarged our Studio Art space!
We can now accommodate groups for Learning Workshops and host larger Art Parties!

Our expanded Studio Space is large enough to accommodate lessons, classes and workshops for Art, Music and Dance.   Also consider this space for your group meetings, training workshops and team building for Businesses, Homeschool groups or Private Events.

Studio Room rental:

• Entire Studio Space for $50*/per hour or $250/per day (up to 8 hours).  ​​
• Shared Studio Space for $5/per student/per hour.  Available to Musicians, Artists and Teachers to offer private or group lessons.​

These prices do not include Setup, teardown or cleaning  (All tables must be wiped off before teardown. Remove all trash. Floors must be swept and mopped).

Add the Coffee Room with stocked coffee bar to your event for an additional $30 (total per day).

COWORKING SHARED SPACE:  Create Space can provide a professional work environment away from home, and cost-effective workspace solutions for start-ups, entrepreneurs and a wide range of remote workers.  Amenities include:

• high-speed internet
• open workstations
• lounge area
• coffee bar

Elevate your workday and focus on your success in a space designed to support your journey.  Coworking shared space is available during regular Open Hours.  Calendar events take priority and coworking must be done around those events.
                                               Drop-in Coworking:  $5/per day     Monthly Coworking:  $50/per month

CLASS OR GROUP REGISTRATION:  You may handle your own registration or let Create Space do it for you. 
Everyone benefits from having your students register with Create Space because:

• Students can easily register online and pay with a variety of options
• Student head count and payments are all made in advance of the class
• The artist doesn't have to deal with finances and simply receives a check after the class is over
• Your class or event will benefit from CS marketing to our Email List and Facebook/Instagram platforms​

If you choose to do your own registration, payment of space or student fees is due when your class is over.

Once you submit your deposit, you’ll hear from us within 48 hours to confirm your date.
​*There is a $50 Booking/Admin Fee that is non-refundable and must be paid upon submission of this form. This will be applied/credited to the total due.
